dlcCONSULTING was founded in 1998 by Dan Cassino. Dan’s 30+ year background in business management, operations and strategic planning have been honed working with firms such as EDS, Shared Medical Systems, Coopers & Lybrand and CIGNA. These experiences led him to begin working with the management of small to medium size companies throughout the Eastern and Mid-Atlantic states. Over the past 5 years, Dan has established cooperative and strategic relationships in order to constantly improve and expand the capabilities of dlcCONSULTING to meet the growing and changing needs of its clients.

Our mission is to help every client identify their needs and achieve their goals. We work directly with the client and their staff to help them identify and overcome the obstacles to their success. To accomplish this, we use customized programs that provide individual and staff development and skills enhancement with measurable results.

Our VALUES can best be expressed as follows:
“We strive to treat each client, both large and small, as we would wish to be treated ourselves if our situations were reversed.”

This means being forthright in assessing the client’s needs and in making recommendations. These assessments and recommendations must be based on THEIR needs and what is best for THEM, not us.

It means pricing our products and services fairly, not on “what the market will bear”.

It means telling the client honestly what they will receive for their investment and then striving to insure they receive it.
